This was the condition of an existing run down property in Birmingham prior to our refurbishment.
The property had no services i.e. gas or electricity connected and was in a very poor and run
down condition.  As the picture portrays

We completed this refurbishment and brought the whole thing to life within some extremely challenging working conditions. The work was completed within the given time schedule and to the budget set by the clients . Our clients, the architect and
D&S Contractors are extremely pleased with this finished project.
